Letter To Connie
From Connie
People have it all wrong, it’s not the Health Care in this country that needs fixing, we have the most excellent Health care than any where else, it’s the Insurance companies that need to make adjustments, stop raising the premium everytime we have a birthday as if that changes ones health. Hospitals already give those without insurance the care that they need, all they have to do is walk in a fake an injury or health issue. who gives you the right to have me pay for your Health Care, it is not an automatic right, not when I have to pay, hard enough to pay for my own.
Hey Connie,
Do you know who pays for those faked injuries or health issues when someone walks into a Hospital? You do. Tax payers already pay for those visits. Just because someone doesn’t have an appointment, doesn’t make their visit free of cost, and emergency room care costs way more than having someone get regular checkups because the doctors and nurses in the ER have to scramble and perform more tests than needed to discover what is wrong.
Also, Connie, our country was founded upon the ideal that all people deserve, have the right to “Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness,” and as it stands now, our system is barring people from both life and the pursuit of happiness.
Moreover, Connie, do you know how much of your tax money goes to military spending? What is the army there to do? Protect your life. Protect my life. Protect everyone in this country of ours. Please, Connie, please look up the number of people that died last year from heart disease, from cancer, from diabetes, and compare those numbers with the number of people that died on 9/11, or the number of US troops that have died in Iraq and Afghanistan to date.
Finally, let me ask you a question Connie. It’s a personal question. If someone was drowning in a river, and you could throw them a rope, and save their life, but it would cost you a dollar to rent the rope, would you let them drown?
If the answer is no, then I understand you not wanting healthcare reform.
